This haven't happened before, not even during my most controversial posts. Please note that filing a DMCA claim is not a simple "press a button to report porno or nazi content" that trolls abuse on facebook. Someone actually had to write a claim with his name on it.
Since the post itself is pretty irrelevant, I'd guess someone taken notice of some of my works and testing his options. Will I go trough a counter-claim or will I just delete the post? Will I do dumb things like reposting while under claim? Who can he be, it's anyone's guess, but I repeat that I never got a DMCA claim, not even on the Falcon-bashing, Goon hitting or World of Tanks exposing posts, so I'm fairly certain that the attacker is not from CCP, Goons or WoT devs/white knights.
On a completely different note: my numbers on League of Legends are better/worse than I expected. You'll love the Jan 2 post. Unless of course someone can take my full blog down for some time until the legal stuff is sorted out.

I filed a counter-claim of course, because the post in question is pure plain text, fully written by me without any quotes, pictures or links. And no, it's not a controversial post, it's a low-visits, pretty lazy and irrelevant post. Its title was "The WoW Legion TV show" and it was published on August 17, 2016 so you may find it in some cache.

My guess is that it is to do with your real world political M&S posts. SJWs have discovered you and decided that you must be silenced.

It was a massive DMCA notice sent to 102 sites, allegedly for infringement of a Korean TV show named "Goblin". They performed a Google search, and then included any blog post whose URL contains "Goblin" and "TV". Because people sometimes share pirated DDL or torrent links via disposable blogs, and the claimant isn't liable for any "collateral damage" that they inflict with their lazy accusations.
There's no infringement, nor any reasonable belief that infringement has occurred. There's a middleman who has been hired to enforce someone's rights, and they're blasting out a bunch of legal shit in order to demonstrate activity and convince their clients to continue paying them.
File a DMCA counterclaim.
If I recall it was a pretty benign post. Hard to see any genuine motive for the takedown so there could well be a wider context.

A quick google of the "The WoW Legion TV show" brought up that blog and it looks like it just has all of your posts copied directly.
As dumb as this sounds, it might be the use of the word goblin in close proximity to tv show. There are a bunch of other blogspot posts that seem to reference a show called goblin and the word download that have also been flagged. Look for the word goblin in this list of dmca notices:

A DMCA takedown notice does not require a human being to be involved. Yes, there's probably a name on it, but most of those takedown notices are issued by automated systems. One report I read stated that Google alone receives around THREE MILLION DMCA takedown requests every single day.
The fact that most request are done by automated systems with zero human supervision is a huge flaw in the system and regularly gets people falsely flagged. Since there are no repercussions under American Law for filing a notice that is not actually valid unless someone can prove you intentionally filed one you knew was false, there is no downside currently for companies filing massive amounts of these takedown notices through software. Since no human reviews them, no human can "intentionally" file a false claim. (I do not agree with this; this is just how things unfortunately work.)
In looking at the title of your post that got taken down, my first thought was that the title of the upcoming Marvel TV series named "Legion" is already in the automated system.
Was it FX Productions or somebody associated with them that tagged you?

Seems innocuous enough to me.
No matter what you think of the DMCA process and its inherent complexity, it would be trivial to have a bot submit such complaints about bots with relevant keywords. This happens on YT all the time. I would expect blizzard to do this but not so incompetently. Either way just file the counter-claim as the relevant page violates no copyright.

Completely unrelated to your blog, just caused by having "goblin" and (most likely) "TV" and/or "show" in the URL. A counterclaim should easily fix the problem, or if you don't want to go through the trouble, slightly alter the title to exclude "TV" and "show".
That https://skipfault.com/ blog seems to be copy/pasting your blog posts in order to try and fill content on his blog. Seems to be operated by a David Trzcinski, located in Australia. Maybe you should be sending a DMCA violation notice to him.
@Lance: I don't mind. I have no ads, anyone spreading my content is good in my book.
@lance: Actually, I think the guys is just using his blog to aggregate the blogs he is following as the said posts are in "Archives for Syndication ".
Also, he is pointing to "December 28, 2016 by Gevlon" and "Filed Under: Gevlon Goblin Mirror".
The only issue I see here is that his blog engine mess up the external link.
@thenoisyrogue - Now that we've seen that this was a scattergun report on the words "Goblin" and "TV show", I expect you'll be apologizing for your ridiculous accusation that "SJWs" made this false DMCA complaint because Gevlon's opinions "must be silenced"? Right?
@Carson 63000: It was a guess, not an "accusation". And it's far from ridiculous, DMCA complaints have been abused by SJWs to try and take down content they didn't like before.
@Carson: There should be no apologies, since there were no direct accusations. The words were not "SJWs Alice, Bob and Charlie did it", they were "probably there were some SJWs who did it". If that happens to be not true, that means "there were no such SJWs". Therefore there are no people to apologize to.
A habit of feeling offended by words that were not targeted at the person in question, is one that's hard to live with.
I'm more inclined to think someone on Blizzard's payroll (a DMCA-focused firm likely) just caught the article and sent out the DMCA as a matter of course.
Anyone could set up a Google Alert for a set of keywords, and as long as the site in question is being crawled, it's going to let them know if my keywords hit.
