This post is part of the "Killboards without inflation" series.
I continue the 2015 analysis, using the usual de-inflation method: 1% damage = 1% kill value, not 100% as on the killboard. The data is available for everyone to check. Please read at least the bolded text, as there are many-many misconceptions about MoA that needs to be disproved with data.
Below you can see the corps of the alliance with more than 100B of its activity:
First you can see that the activity of MoA is at the level of NC. and 1/3 of PL or Goons, far more than "irrelevant NPC trash" the Emporium propaganada claims. Also - despite the high ISK ratio - this means MoA lost 2T ISK which must be surprising to those who claim "MoA is flying Cormorants and just steals Gevlon's donations". The truth is that I can't even cover 1/4 of their losses. Sure, much of these losses are not reinbursable, but much are. Before you'd ask, the low ISK ratio of Dissident Agreessors come from losing a Revenant and a titan while most pilots upkept high ISK ratio.
Below you can see what alliances contributed more than 100B to the killboard of the analyzed one.
Never since Goons vs BoB we seen such focus. While current Goons, PL, NC. and the rest of EVE are ganking around, MoA is fighting with a few enemies. 1/3 of their killboard activity comes from Goons, other 1/3 from the rest of Emporium. Against these enemies they upkeep very high ISK ratio.
The inflation factor of this alliance is 160%. Below you can see which alliances helped it the most by shooting the same target. Please note that damage is capped by own damage, so if the analyzed alliance did 1B damage, X did 2B, Y did 8B, then X get 0.2B help, Y get 0.8B, as their help provided 1B de-inflated damage.

Below you can see the performance of the top corporations against the top enemies in format of B kills / B losses, color coded by ISK ratio of the corp against the enemy. The second line shows how big percentage of the killboard is against/from this enemy. If the activity of the corp against the enemy is less than half of the alliance average, their field is greyed out, showing that the corp didn't pull its weight against that enemy.
Below you can see the performance of the top corporations in the top regions of the alliance. If the corp activity in that region is less than half of the alliance average, it's greyed out:

As you can see, several corps failed to integrate and flied in different lands and without their alliance mates. Yuhu al Medio - Overlodea Primo, PiU PiU oLoLo I am driver UFO and Zeura Brotherhood already left. I'm afraid Raging Angels will be the next, but I hope they can find new corps and above all, individual pilots to continue their crusade.

As you can see, several corps failed to integrate and flied in different lands and without their alliance mates. Yuhu al Medio - Overlodea Primo, PiU PiU oLoLo I am driver UFO and Zeura Brotherhood already left. I'm afraid Raging Angels will be the next, but I hope they can find new corps and above all, individual pilots to continue their crusade.

Not really surprising, just means they are losing a lot of them. Most of your donations still go to the leadership to line their pockets with. Below is a list of the top 10 ship types lost by MoA and the % of total losses (by number, not by isk).

Does your boss at work not earn more while doing less? How much isk does mittens get compared to how much he gives to the line members. Also fielding smaller ships is easier to get around while being easy to lose and reship. Or that we don't lose the bigger ships? I know from being in MOA, that all I want is a gf from innumerable odds i.e fighting a force that is more than 10x the size, better funded and still winning most engagements. Job satisfaction
Raging Angels is a Russian language corp while the alliance mainly operates in English. So it makes sense that they would be doing their own thing most of the time. Monster Dude does lead english language fleets. And they have been a great asset to our alliance.

Regarding Raging Angels and the other corps that left :
I do believe that the main reason for separation is the differences in their modus operandi. Mordus Angels are split in half: On hand hand you have corps like MassADeath which love using extremely cheap setups to win ISK efficiency (to the extreme of some of them having cop rules that emphasize said policies), while the other half prefer more "risky" fleets in the hope that they will both catch something other than a sole ratter and have a fighting chance in the event of a small defensive escalation.
This already splits in alliance in the middle, and lowers the amount of people you can work with. If you consider additional limitations like language and timezone barriers it is no wonder that some corporations left. It simply boils down to what you define as fun, and how accessible said fun is to you.
Remember, a sizeable number of Raging Ducks opted not to migrate to MoA, since they expected that they won't be able to work together.
All in all, I do expect that more corps will leave, until MoA ends up with their old backbone which enjoys catching ratters in interceptors / bombers and fights fleets on cormorants mainly for ISK efficiency. I can't comment on whatever or not it will be for better or worse as an Imperium fighting force, but it will be better for the alliance.
Ships are just tools, we use the best tools at hand for the environment we live in. If you can show me fielding 2b battleships with slave sets will win then we will use them. This however is not the case, we will be blobbed and lose all the 2b battleships, or whatever other blingy non fast/skirmish thing that is fielded. The ships we fly are simply a product of us being 1 jump from the CFC main force. You dont see anyone else using crazy doctrines in our area do you? Where are all the big alliances? No where near us..or down south farming brave newbies.
I am 100% for any tactic or doctrine that will win. Regardless of cost. If we lived in another area , our ship choices would totally be differnt, since we would not have to worry about 300+ man fleets wrecking us.
if you can show me a doctrine that works... we will use it. Suggest and we will plan and try them.

I totally agree. I was just commenting on why some people that have joined the alliance might have to leave. It's all about what you define as fun. Some people enjoy risking expensive ships while tying to get a higher outcome. Others strip to the basics and try to exploit any tiny advantage they get in ISK efficiency.
I just agree with Gevlon that Raging Ducks will eventually leave the alliance and move somewhere else. As I type this Glenarvan is in Deklein in a cyno Flycathcer. Now, I am not on your coms, but I am sure he has Stratios and recons ready to drop. This is something that is totally different than what you guys do in MassADeath. It isn't that you can't do it, it's that you are not willing to do it because your idea of fun is different.
Obviously its a Falcon, not a Flycatcher. Derp.

The problem with your logic is that right now you are using small cheap ships and not winning. You are unable to do any serious damage and have to pick off mainly ratters and stragglers because you're unwilling to commit a serious force to getting rid of the goons. You can't win against a group like goons by ignoring strategic fights and certainly not while they have so much isk that individual goons are able to do competitions to give away 2T isk.
MoA is killing more Goons than anyone else by large. So even if they are not winning yet, they are the best candidates.
The 2T offer is an obvious scam.
