To be informed of positions conflicting mine, not just sit in an echo chamber where we all agree. On a SJW femtards shithole like hufpo? really you are better of wasting your time on 4chan. I skim over bloomberg and reuters and some topic related indexers daily. For the rest opted out and look at topics on schedule that way I get more of the fact+opinion spectrum. Yeah the next 'truck of peace' is devastating but I really don't care if I get that information within a second of it happening or in the next couple weeks. if you look in hufpo to amuse yourself in a somewhat leisure time way, ok, different story, feel free to laugh your brains out.

I'm a left-wing hippie moron. If I want to be informed of conflicting opinions then I'll read The Economist. I find the ideas within to be frequently inhumane or misguided, but they're internally consistent and presented in a comprehensible way. I sometimes find the statistics and arguments to be persuasive. If you want to increase the GDP of Malaysia by 12% then they could tell you how, although the answer might involve thousands of child workers being maimed.
Huffing Post is *not* a legitimate view into the political arguments of the left. It's a circlejerk in which authors congratulate themselves (and the reader) for already having all of the correct answers. And then they bemoan the fact that evil people are allowed to hold power in the world, without presenting a plan to fix anything. It's a good way to familiarize yourself with leftist buzzwords, but it's pretty vacuous in terms of actual policy. If you want to increase the GDP of Malaysia by 12% then they would advise you to impeach Trump.
Heck - HuffPo even allows anti-scientific charlatans to publish articles about medicine, because they're afraid that exercising BASIC journalistic standards might alienate a few insane people.
If you want to read left-wing positions, there are WAY better choices than Huff-Po, one of them even does a "Right wing sources you should read" each week.

Erm how is "fleshrender" "transgender"?
I have no idea. But when I looked at it, I read it as "transgender", because Huffpo is full of it and it preloaded into my brain.
Which begs the question, why were you reading it in the first place?
