August Anime Masters report

This is the performance of the pilots against the Evil Imperium. Kills and losses are de-inflated, so if a pilot got 10% damage on a 300M AFK Ishtar, he gets 30M booked. Only damage done to and losses from the Evil Imperium are listed. The table below lists the top pilots, sorted by damage done
# Pilot Name M to Imp M by Imp Ratio Top kills Top losses
1 Stunt Flores 28415 6631 81% 1270M, 1128M, 964M, 925M, 871M, 684M, 648M, 615M, 613M, 529M,

7 Wel Ard 2351 622 79% 381M, 332M, 328M, 325M, 258M, 377M, 245M,
8 Predator 666 723 608 54% 165M, 80M, 73M, 67M, 45M, 608M,
9 W4r Destined 577 493 54% 195M, 86M, 54M, 41M, 32M, 350M, 90M, 32M, 21M,
10 Everyone else 5 30 13%
11 Total 83869 22545 79%

This is the summary against alliances of the Evil Imperium, over 5B kills:
Evil Alliance B Damage done B Damage taken ISK ratio
Goonswarm Federation 46 10 82
Fidelas Constans 17 6 75
Circle-Of-Two 8 2 82
The Bastion 6 2 79

Finally the focus on the Evil: 71% of their losses were from the Evil Imperium. No specific non-Imperial enemy did significant damage.

Considering that their leader and best pilot Stunt Flores is banned, I'm unsure about their future. I'll be watching the killboard to determine further funding.

Let's hope Fibrizo Kravitz will not get perma-banned to by CCP, that would be a worrying trend.

Gevlon, do you mind do a full post about the Stunt Ban? Like if the CCP is right to ban someone that made a joke outside eve to a friend, not actually incorporation a CCP admin...
If that is something the EULA is covering... And if you thing that he will be unbanned just like the goons dudes who vandalized the monument?
IMHO, vandalizing is something physical, tangible, not like space pixels... so a perma ban is more likely... I think...

Why not put a bounty on infrastructure in specific systems to encourage other small groups to go on the attack?

Thanks Gevlon, I read your blog in a daily basis, but i'm honesty worried that he's not coming back...
I asked that because some people are saying that, since this was a inside joke and made for a friend, and because he was not trying to steal any password or anything...
And! The thing about banning all his accounts linked to his IP... using a e-mail they got from slack... is it legal? Or the game is a private stuff and they can do what the hell they want the way they want whithout any legal consequences?
(sorry for bad english)

@Zappity: because infrastructure do not provide kill reports so you can't prove you killed it.

"I read your blog in a daily basis, but i'm honesty worried that he's not coming back"
He isn't coming back. He broke a major rule by impersonating CCP then broke it further by posting up all of his communication, on top of the fact that he has been banned multiple times before. You guys like to keep bringing up the monument, yet you forget that they owned up and paid for all of the damage and accepted their punishment. CCP made the decision that they were unlikely to reoffend and had acted well in making it right and so shortened their ban.

Stunt however hasn't. Instead of making a formal apology and admitting what he did was wrong, he's screamed and stamped his feet and posted up email and other correspondence which itself is against the rules. That's the difference.

Oh
"I asked that because some people are saying that, since this was a inside joke and made for a friend, and because he was not trying to steal any password or anything..."
He caused a lot of negative responses to CCP which will in turn be bad for their reputation. Whether he meant to or not was irrelevant, he should have been more responsible.

"And! The thing about banning all his accounts linked to his IP... using a e-mail they got from slack... is it legal?"
They are legally moderators there, so they can access that information legally. They can also ban anyone for any reason so there's no legal hoops to jump through.

well, from the reddit link, there is no formal conversation with CCP, only mentioning things
And he never impersonated anyone... he altered a JPG file and send it to a friend... he wasn't using an avatar, using "CC|>_FOZZIE" as nickname or anything like that...
Impersonating? really? thats your argument?
"yet you forget that they owned up and paid for all of the damage"
Do you blame the chinese that created guns because some dude in 21 sec killed an old woman?
Do you go there and start a mass murder of chinese people because dude they invented the fucking guns! nope... so no, you can't blame Stunt for making a joke for a friend that then send it worldwide... give a 30days ban for him and a perma ban for the guy who posted that shit

"He caused a lot of negative responses to CCP which will in turn be bad for their reputation" Maybe at the beginning, yes, but then everythign went on top of stunt instead of CCP so... again nope... stunt is the one whos banned, not CCP

And, on a final note, why fucking with a real world monument only gives a "tap on the shoulder" ban, while sending a foto for a friend will perma ban ALL YOUR IP ACCOUNTS?
Explain me that last one please, just please.
