Two minions of Evil, started awful lot of highsec wars: CO2 wars, RAZOR wars . I have no idea what's the point for one nullsec alliance to wardec another. Anyway, if you are a highsec PvP-er, you can get these wardecs for very low fee, instead of the usual 500M. Just click the links to know which groups are wardecced, and approach them with the offer to be their allies in the wars. If you check out the Marmite war against CO2 and RAZOR, you know that their highsec wing flies freighters and hauling frigs.
