The guild was formed yesterday, so don't worry about "not even starting".
There is no application process, anyone can join, of course not anyone can stay. Most good guilds have long application process since a single M&S can ruin their hard modes. It's not the case here. An M&S wastes nothing else here than my 100G and 4 small silk packs and I can live without them.
To get the 1000G one has to level to 80 and figure out some rotation: first barrier.
To get into a serious raid, he'll have to perform well in Naxx: second barrier.
There is also not a risk that his immature chat will annoy anyone since chit-chat is forbidden. If you post nonsense in the guildchat, you'll be demoted to "Lolled" (you guessed it, saying "lol" get you there instantly). If a "lolled" keeps being stupid: /gkick.
So if you are interested, don't send me letters or comments on a post, just create an alt and whisper Koltas or Koltes for inv. I'll be mostly online between 18:30-20:00 and sometimes in other times.
Being a blogger is not at all a problem. You are also free to write ANY experience you get, even "Gevlon is the most fail GM ever" without any consequences. This is an experiment, I don't know how it will turn out and any result is a result.
It's also not a problem if you can't join now or level fast enough. It's not like we outgear you by January. Of course if there is already an established, good player on that class/spec, he'll have better chances for getting the raid spot.
